Shipping & Returns

 

Çuval Istanbul is a small business and orders may take up to 3 days to process. We will do our best to ensure you receive your order on time. For Pre-Orders, according to the timing of the item’s production, you will be notified by email once your item is ready for shipment and when your package will depart. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
For all products that are in stock, estimated delivery information will be provided by HepsiJet. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders will be shipped via the designated courier service arranged through Navlungo. Please note that delivery times may vary by destination, and some packages may take 1–3 weeks to arrive.

If your package is processed by customs, Çuval is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. If the customer is unable to receive the package, the cost of returning the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You are welcome to return every purchase within 14 days, and the cost of the purchase will be fully refunded. All sale items are final and are not eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in unused, in the same condition received and in the original packaging. To request a return or exchange, please e -mail with name, order number and short description of your return or exchange request to shop@cuvalist.com first before shipping back your order. Then you will be receiving an email with detailed information on how to ship/return the product.

Çuval is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses, lost, stolen or damaged packages. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.

The return shipping cost should be covered by the customers themselves. Once we receive the package and inspect it, we will refund the item cost to the account you used during your purchase. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your bank account.


EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days as well and following the same steps & principles outlined in the returns section. We will be sending an invoice to our customer if there is a difference in cost between the two items exchanged (or a refund, if needed). The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.


PAYMENT
The prices of the products are specified on our online store and CUVAL ISTANBUL reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs are not included in the price.

The payment methods we accept are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Our payment method is 3DSecure. The security system of 'iyizico' guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.

You can contact our customer service through e-mail shop@cuvalist.com about any problem you may have in the process of placing your order. If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby. You will need to get in touch with us through our customer service in order for us to determine a course of action regarding your order.


VIEWING ORDERS
When you create an account and log in you will be able to view all your orders by clicking on the ‘My Orders’ section of your account. If you do not have an account on the  Cuval's website please email shop@cuvalist.com for any queries or concerns regarding your order.
