The prices of the products are specified on our online store and CUVAL ISTANBUL reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs are not included in the price.

The payment methods we accept are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Our payment method is 3DSecure. The security system of 'iyizico' guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.

You can contact our customer service through e-mail shop@cuvalist.com about any problem you may have in the process of placing your order. If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby. You will need to get in touch with us through our customer service in order for us to determine a course of action regarding your order.

VIEWING ORDERS

When you create an account and log in you will be able to view all your orders by clicking on the ‘My Orders’ section of your account. If you do not have an account on the Çuval website please email shop@cuvalist.com for any queries or concerns regarding your order.
