Easy and healthy side dishes for the summer :
Zucchini and Carrot Side Dishes:
- Stir grated zucchini and/or carrot with garlic and olive oil.
- Let it cool down
- Mix with yoghourt, a pinch of salt and mayo.
Quinoa Salad with raw veggies:
- Grated purple carrot and beat
- Chopped broccoli, mushroom and avocado
