Refund policy


Çuval Istanbul is a small business and orders may take up to 3 days to be processed. For Pre-Orders, we will notify you via e-mail when your order is ready to be shipped and when your package will depart, according to the timing of the item’s production.




All international orders are currently shipped via our National Post local PTT’s fast shipping service abroad Turpex, which also provides insurance. Please note that with this service most packages arrive at their destination in 1-4 weeks, however times may vary upon destination.


We also offer to ship our international orders via DHL Express Saver Service. This service offers tracking and takes approximately 3-5 business days in transit to most countries.


Please note that International orders may be subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees if your package is processed by customs. These funds are not paid to Cuval nor are they set by Cuval , rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. If the customer fails to retrieve their package, the cost to return the package will be the responsibility of the customer.


Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations. To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our tiny little business would not be able to handle. We absolutely love what we do and will not engage in any practices that would jeopardize our ability to continue doing what we love. Thanks in advance for your understanding.


We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.



For all products that are in stock, estimated delivery information will be provided by Sürat Kargo that we work with. We would like to express our best regards that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipment company.




You are welcome to return every purchase within 14 days, and the cost of the purchase will be fully refunded. All sale items are final and are not eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in unused, in the same condition received and in the original packaging. To request a return or exchange, please e -mail with name, order number and short description of your return or exchange  request to  first before shipping back your order. Then you will be receiving an email with detailed information on how to ship/return the product.


Çuval is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses, lost, stolen or damaged packages. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.


The return shipping cost should be covered by the customers themselves. Once we receive the package and inspect it, we will refund the item cost to the account you used during your purchase. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your bank account.




Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of item's receipt, and following the same steps & principles outlined in the returns section. We will be sending an invoice to our customer if there is a difference in cost between the two items exchanged (or a refund, if needed). The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.




The prices of the products are specified on our online store and CUVAL ISTANBUL reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs are not included in the price.


The payment methods we accept are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.


Our payment method is 3DSecure. The security system of 'iyizico' guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.


You can contact our customer service through e-mail about any problem you may have in the process of placing your order. If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby. You will need to get in touch with us through our customer service in order for us to determine a course of action regarding your order.



When you create an account and log in you will be able to view all your orders by clicking on the ‘My Orders’ section of your account. If you do not have an account on the Çuval website please email for any queries or concerns regarding your order.
